APOCALYPTIC FILMS

AD583       O-Bi, O-Ba: The End of Civilization (85) aka: O-bi, o-ba.   Koniec cywilizacji   Survivors of nuclear war suffer in their bunker as they wait for the 'Ark' (which may or may not be a real thing) to arrive and take them from their crumbling concrete dome of a prison.   The Ark is their only hope, something that gives them a reason to live.   The survivors are filthy as they dwell the seedy neon-lit halls of desperation, mindlessly going about their doomed existence.   The theme is belief that manipulates blind faith followers, the human condition, easily controlled by the elites.   Die now or live another day?  Sometimes shocking, and also cynical and grotesque.    Polish with English subtitles  BA

AD608 Warrior of the Lost World (83) aka: Mad Rider  In another time, in a distant land, generations after the radiation wars and the collapse of nations, governments, finance and communications, there came into existence a new Dark Age of Tyranny.   As each Sector adapted its' own rules for survival, the evil despot 'Prossor' brought to power a congress created to enforce his 'laws'.   Arming a deadly militia called 'The Omega' with their goal to kill all outsiders who were trying to establish a kinder gentler society.   There, in the forbidden zone known as 'The Wastelands' dwell roving tribes of desperate marginal's who engage in the barbaric struggle for territory and survival.   In the mountains among the ruins there lives a group of enlightened mystics who prepare to face The Omega sent by the evil Prossor.   Into this mixed hell rides one lone man (Robert Ginty) astride a supersonic computerized missile shooting speed cycle, destined to become the Warrior of the Lost World.   Great Action-Packed Fun!  Also starring Fred Williamson, Persis Khambatta and Donald Pleasence.   Not to be confused with 'Warriors of the Wasteland' made the same year.    BA

BIKERS BITCHES AND BABES

AD674 Babysitter, The (69) A prosecuting attorney with a nagging wife, gets a taste of the wild when he begins a sexual affair with the hot blonde babysitter Candy (Patrica Wymer).   Now he is being blackmailed by the local bikers as he is currently trying to put one of them away for good.   Sort of like 'Joe' where the straight-laced man dives into what the hip kids are up to, thinking there are no consequences.   The 60's counter-culture subtext involving a hot little Lolita type tempting a middle-aged man with 'free love'.   Also starring Robert Tessier and George E.  Carey (Carey was also in 'Weekend with the Babysitter' a similar film the following year).   Patricia Wymer was only in two other films 'Witchmaker' (69) and 'The Young Graduates' (71).   She died tragically in a house fire in 1993 at age 46 in Lakeport, California.   BA

AD617 Madam City Hunter (93) aka: Sing si lui lip yan   Officer Ching (Cynthia Khan) is framed by 'The Five Fingers' for the killing of a group of teenagers.   Ching joins forces with a loopy private detective and his kicking female partner as they investigate the bad bad gang.   What seems violent and serious (with some good fighting) takes a strange turn into comedy that threatens to overwhelm the story.   Ching's father seems to be mixed up with a gold-digger that plans to marry him, then kill him!  Or...     This is the Extended Version 88 minutes with 4 minutes of random action that comes out of nowhere around the 57 minute mark and makes no sense whatsoever.   English dubbed  BA

AD675 Weekend with the Babysitter (70) Let's do it again.   A middle-aged man (George E.  Carey) with marriage troubles (his wife (Luanne Roberts) is a heroin addict) falls in lust with the young babysitter (again named 'Candy' but this time played by Susan Romen) and joins her along with her friendly biker friends for pot smoking and of course the inevitable sex with the willing Candy.   Watch it for the clothes, the music, the drugs, the parties and of course the stunning Susan Romen who disappeared from acting after this film, much like Patricia Wymer did after starring in 'The Babysitter'.   The most notable career of this cast was that of the sexy and daring Luanne Roberts.

CLASSIC HORROR AND SCI-FI FILMS AND MORE

W528 Caged Fury (48) The first 'Circus of Horrors'!  A traveling circus has a series of mishaps that are more than just accidents.   Who is the circus employee behind these acts of violence?  Has Smiley the Clown (Buster Crabbe in a rare villainous role for a change) trained the lion to kill at his command? Fights, Fires and Wild Animals!  Richard Denning, Sheila Ryan, Mary Beth Hughes and more star.   BA

AD584 De Spooktrein (39) aka: The Spook Train   Previously listed in Classic section as #J665 this is an incredible upgrade in Dutch language with English subtitles (See Classic section for more information).   BA

W526 Devil in Silk (56) aka: Teufel in Seide  aka: Capo d'accusa: uxoricidio   Thomas (Curd Jurgens) has met two women he is interested in.   The beautiful and kind Sabine (Winnie Markus) and the direct and rich Melanie (Lilli Palmer).   He chooses Melanie and she aids him in his success as a composer.   But as time passes, he regrets his choice, and finds himself in the arms of Sabine.   The next day Melanie is dead and the evidence points to Thomas.   English Dubbed version or in German language with English subtitles - you choose.   The subtitled version is a bit sharper.   BA

AD788 Dick Tracy Meets Gruesome (47) Colorized!    Bad man Gruesome (Boris Karloff), along with his gang of equally crooked henchmen, uses nerve gas to neutralize bank workers to make the robberies go smoother.   This 'freezing spray' stops people in mid-sentence and mid-movement.   Skelton Knaggs is another villain with the name of 'X-Ray'.   Widely considered the best (and most memorable) of the Dick Tracy series, this movie comes alive in this Colorized version.   Eagle-eyed viewers may spot Lex Barker as a City Hospital Driver and Robert Clarke as Police Analyst Fred.   Also starring Anne Gwynne one of cinema's finest screamers of the 1940's.    BA

AD789 Giant of Devil's Craig (58) aka: Giant from the Unknown   This version is Colorized and looks incredible!   The title is still 'Giant from the Unknown' but this alternate title is listed in case you want to see the picture in a Colorized Edition.    See catalog #979 Classic section for full description!    BA

AD790 Legend of Ma Barker (60) aka: Ma Barker's Killer Brood   Laurene Tuttle is Ma Barker, and along with her four sons, together they terrorize the American South and Midwest in the 1940's, even running into to other famous outlaws like John Dillinger, Machine Gun Kelly and Baby Face Nelson.   The bullet-blistering account of the toughest American female gangster and her degenerate killer brood!   Colorized!   Incredible!   Laurene Tuttle played Mrs.  Chambers in 'Psycho' the same year.   BA

AD661 Teenage Monster (57) aka: Meteor Monster   In the year 1880, a boy is exposed to a meteor (which arrives looking like a 4th of July sparkler).   Later when he is a teenage boy, he develops a brutish mutant-monster look, matted in hair (courtesy of special makeup master Jack P.  Pierce),  and has also gone bad.   Real bad.    A lumbering dimwitted brute that likes to kill.   The cattle.   An occasional traveler.   Maw (Anne Gwynne) hides him, protects him.   A young waitress (Gloria Castillo) gets teenage monster (Gil Perkins, what a Hollywood career!) under her control, sending him out to dispose of her enemies.   A real one of a kind from 1957!   BA

AD653 Ten Nights in a Bar-Room (31) One of the first 'hopeless descent into alcoholism' films.   Family man Joe Morgan has a sick daughter but still goes to the bar everyday.   He loses his job and most of his money (in a card game this latter) but still manages to hit the bar.   His daughter visits him at the bar and tells him she misses him very much.   Overly sentimental, overwrought, but ultimately realistic and grim depiction of the negative effects the bottle can have on a weak man.     BA

AD652 Test Tube Babies (48) When a married and in love couple cannot conceive, artificial insemination is achieved, and a perfectly normal child that resembles the parents appears.   In 1948? A scandal (of course, what wasn't?)  This picture is a learning experience message mixed with a little titillation.   Like the various beautiful broads in the party scene that ends with a shirtless guy and a catfight that results in one woman losing her top and revealing her not very bodacious ta ta's.   Not a whole lot more.   But I learned something gosh darn it!  I think.   This 69 minute version is longer than some of the other versions out there.   BA

AD663 Tobor the Great (54) Seemingly stumbling from the pages of an EC Science Fiction comic book comes...   Tobor the Great!    A young boy (Billy Chapin) befriends 'Tobor', a robot designed by his grandfather to serve as a pilot in dangerous outer space missions.   Tobor is more flexible than other robots, he's telepathic, and would kick Robbie the Robot's tin can ass in under a minute.   Covert agents kidnap the boy and Tobor goes on a rampage of destruction to rescue him.   Billy Chapin died in poverty with not a dime to pay for a funeral in 2016.   He peaked in 1955 at the age of twelve in 'The Night of the Hunter'.

DINOSAURS, LOST LANDS, SWORD AND SANDAL, PEPLUM, FANTASY FILMS AND MORE

AD754 Gungala, Virgin of the Jungle (67) aka: Gungala la vergine della giungla   Upgrade!  Topless naked Kitty Swan in gorgeous upgraded color.   What more could anyone want?  Is Cheetah blushing?  You bet his chimp ass he is.   Previously #X161 this new print is a huge improvement.   See more information in original listing in the Dinos and Lost lands section of the catalog.   BA

AD758 Little Red-Riding Hood (62) aka: Rotkäppchen   German made version of the Fairy Tale with various animal characters played by children and midgets in costumes.   Of course there is the dangerous walk through the woods where the dangerous wolf and fox want to devour Little Red Riding Hood.   There are many distractions in the woods, mushrooms to pick and a friendly bear.   Colorful fun.   Does the wolf die?  German with English subtitles  BA

W533 Magic Sword, The (50) aka: Cudotvorni mac  One day while hunting, little boy Nebojsha finds a big barrel, from which a voice comes asking for water.  After he pours water on the barrel, evil Bas Celik is released… the only way to defeat Bas Celik is with a magic sword, so the quest begins…  Not to be confused with the 1962 film with the same title.   Serbo-Croatian with English subtitles  BA

AD684 Mistress of the Apes (79) Larry Buchanan is back in the director's chair!  Susan (Jenny Neumann and her only nude scenes) travels to the Congo looking for her missing husband, unaware that he has been killed by rapist poachers.   There, she makes friends with a group of apemen (makeup created by up and coming Rob Bottin and Greg Cannom), muscle bound men with monkey-like faces.   At one point Susan breast feeds an ape baby (that looks pretty much like a regular baby).   This is what a low budget 'directed by Buchanan' in Kenya looks like.   The romance/sex scene with the ape man is hysterical.   The song, abominable!  Barbara Leigh also stars and she gets raped not once, but twice.   Susan decides she likes monkey love over human and decides to stay with her tribe of monkey man studs in the jungle.   A real good time for Buchanan lovers.   Uncut 84 minute version with all of the nudity that was cut from the 80 minute version!  BA

AD784 Monster from Green Hell (57) aka: Il pianeta dove l'inferno è verde   aka: El monstruo del infierno verde  Colorized!  Nice!  Deep in the wilds of Africa, wasps have been exposed to radiation after one is sent into outer space and returns infected.   Now the wasps have grown into gigantic killing monsters.   The wasps set up a colony in the shadow of a volcano.   There were high expectations for this film with attention to detail that includes some interesting stop-motion special effects and even some cool giant wasp prop heads.   They must have ran out of money because a lot of stock footage pads out the film.   Inside the caves things were pretty dark in black and white, now you can see everything in this swell Colorized version!  BA

AD730 Mother Holly (63) aka: Frau Holle   A Grimm Fairy Tale made in Germany.   A widow has an ugly, lazy daughter (Pechmarie) and a stepdaughter (Goldmarie) who is pretty.   The widow works her stepdaughter like a slave, her real daughter labors at nothing but her own comforts.   Goldmarie finds her destiny, Peachmarie blows her chance.   This is the eternal tale of Pechmarie and Goldmarie.   The film shows reward for hard work and what happens to you when you are useless and no help to anyone in any way.   Colorful, Fantastical Fantasy.   German with English subtitles  BA

AD751 Son of the White Mare (81) aka: Fehérlófia   In this animated Hungarian folk tale fantasy, a horse goddess gives birth to three powerful brothers.   A dreaded trio of evil dragons has kidnapped three princesses and three brothers set out to rescue them, and in doing so, reclaim the lost kingdom of their ancestors.   Brilliant psychedelic imagery and imaginative experimentation with shapes and colors.   Hungarian with English subtitles  BA

Spectreman is an ‘Ultraman’ type robot-super-cyborg sent by the overlords of the Nebula Star to aid Earth.   Evil space-monkey-men with weird wigs operate above in their flying saucer.   They have somehow engineered a plethora of “pollution” monsters and awaken a new creature opponent in almost every action packed episode!  Battles in cities with burning miniatures, fighter jets, pyro and wild original, sometimes goofy monsters galore!

AD673 Tarzan's Revenge (38) Glenn Morris was Tarzan (one and done), and the fourth Olympic athlete to do so.   The reviews were bad and he enlisted in the Navy after retiring from his brief stint in film for good.   Morris's dialogue is limited to two words.   'Tarzan' and 'Good'.   Goofy and awkward, a must see for Tarzan fans.   Animal stock footage, back lot sets and an evil Sheik who wants to add Eleanor (the daughter of zoo owners who have arrived to harvest animals to take back to America) to his collection of wives.   BA

AD752 Tyrant of Castile (63) aka: Sfida al re di Castiglia   Gorgeous print of this Italy/Spain production starring Mark Damon and Rada Rassimov set in the 14th century.   The burned alive sequence excellently staged in glorious color gets your attention immediately.   The plot, filmed in and around real period castles where this kind of stuff actually took place, involves your usual tyrant (in this case Damon as Pedro the Cruel) being challenged by the local usurper who turns out to be his bastard brother.   Action and Adventure await!  Italian language with English subtitles BA

AD741 Wild Kurdistan (65) aka: Through Wild Kurdistan  aka: Durchs wilde Kurdistan   Lex Barker breaks from the Winnetou series (for only a moment) with his own franchise as Kara Ben Nemsi.   In this picture filmed in Spain, Kara Ben Nemsi finds out the son of the Sheik has been taken prisoner by the evil Machredsch of Mossul.   Let the adventure begin!  Picturesque and action-packed.   Successful enough to spawn at least one sequel (#B806 'Kingdom of the Silver Lion').   Widescreen  German with English subtitles  BA

EXPLOITATION FILMS

AD766 Bouncin' in the U.S.A.   (86) Two top booby-bouncer starlets head the bosomy bill (that's two-times two).   Candy Samples and Pat Wynn.   Of course their are others in this soft-core outing, each and everyone of them fondling themselves (and sometimes each other!) as they celebrate their totally awesome ta ta's, and ask you to enjoy them.   Boobs practically smuggle men, pool splash boobs...   these girls just simply cannot keep their hands off themselves.   Robin Cannes, Mindy Rae, Trinity Loren and more star.   Porn stars in soft-core.   Dig that scene that really should have been the carwash scene in 'Cool Hand Luke', no simple tease here.

AD634 Electric Blue 002 (81) This time, Marilyn Chambers is your host, talking to you like you are in the room.   Straight on to a club featuring hot female nude dancers.   Next, some nudes of Brigitte Bardot.   Splendid.   Then nudes of Lesley-Ann Down, Fiona Richmond, Anna Bergman, Francoise Pascal, Joanna Lumley...   Then nude massage gets sexy with two babes.   Next up, racing mayhem and crashes.   A preview of Beneath the Valley of the Ultravixens recommended by Marilyn Chambers who then promotes her own film Insatiable.   To end the show, Marilyn Chambers does a nude dance that rivals any acrobatics of today.   Wait there's more!  Nude Wives Special where we see some amateur footage of what was requested of the viewers in Electric Blue 001!  Warning: The masturbating housewives borders on hardcore!

AD633 Electric Blue 01 (79) First Edition of the popular erotic series, where it all began.   Join your host Fiona Richmond as she guides us into some violent car race crashes that just had to result in death.   Shocking footage.   Hey, where are the broads? Fiona Richmond takes to the streets and asks people what they think of her.   Finally we move on to some fairly explicit soft core pornography.   Then, an X-Rated cartoon called 'Snow White and the Seven Perverts'.   This short is worth the price of admission alone.   Next we get a look at the XXX feature 'Through the Looking Glass' an excellent Horror Porn, this is a preview of the film with no XXX, soft core only.   Fiona then introduces a preview of 'The Stud' with Joan Collins.   Screw you Siskel and Ebert.   Next, Fiona Richmond sells her wares, and tells viewers to send in videos of their wives doing nasty nude things so they can offer this material in future editions of 'Electric Blue'.   Then, we see examples of what they are looking for and things get down and dirty.

AD697 French Woman, The (77) aka: Madame Claude   The Madame provides high class call girls to her powerful and wealthy clientele.   She will send these women all over the world as needed (for a price of course).   A shady photographer is spying on the women, working with the authorities to get the goods on important political clients.   Klaus Kinski also stars, and boy did he reveal a lot in his pornographic autobiography on how he pretty much screwed the whole cast of females during the making of 'The French Woman'.   So it's kind of a dirty movie, and a political one as well.

AD669 Jailbait Babysitter (77) 87 minute uncut version!  The lead title actress is no 'Lolita' type and looks to be in her 20's.   Still, this is a film that would horrify moralists (just what are you watching?), bore the raincoat crowd and baffle the teenagers, probably an intended outcome from director John Hayes who was no stranger to exploitation films.   Manages to get in some healthy voyeurism, sex/nudity, a bit of belt to the ass for one guy, grooming, toga party, sexual assault, funky music and an overall naughty feeling that won't go away.   Again, what are you watching?  Gee dear I'm watching 'Jail the Babysitter'!  That's right.   87 minute uncut version!  BA

AD645 Jungle Burger and Shame of the Jungle Double Feature (75) aka: Tarzoon: Shame of the Jungle   June kicks Shame out because he cannot get it up.   Cartoon June gets it elsewhere.   Then, giant penises capture June!  It is now up to apeman Tarzan rip-off 'Shame' to rescue her from the penis army ruled by Bazonga.    Extremely weird animation comedy and the only difference between the two is the title, or maybe something else (you tell me)?  Many voices from some very well known comedians including John Belushi, Bill Murray and even Johnny Weismuller Jr.  who should have known better.   The first foreign animated film to get an 'X' rating in the U.S.  and, possibly the weirdest animation film of the era.   BA

AD604 Love in Hong Kong (83) Right here in Hong Kong you will see the colorful Balm Gardens, the world-famous Aberdeen Harbor and the spectacular  Ocean Park Fairground!  More importantly however are scenes of the horizontal tango with some of the loveliest of porno ladies like Marianne Aubert and Elodie Delage.   Soft of course!   Guy Royer and Mark Shannon show up too, for, well...   you know.

AD768 Lustful Shogun and His 21 Concubines, The (72) aka: Ero shogun to nijuichi nin no aisho   The new Shogun is only interested in reading, not women, and he is replaced with a double who goes over the top in his carnal pursuits.   Once a lowly vassal who back-scratched people in a public bath, now a voracious sex maniac who seeks to lay every woman in Edo Castle.   High quality sleazy exploitation with Reiko (Sex and Fury) Ike and more.   Widescreen  Japanese with English subtitles  BA

AD655 New York's Finest (87) Cross-dresser Dougie (porn-guy Scott Baker) helps three beautiful hookers escape their pimp and start the hunt for some rich husbands so they can live large and not on their backs (constantly you know).   Chuck Vincent (one of the best at this type) directs and gives us plenty of T&A (thanks Chuck!).   Like some of his other sexploitation pictures Chuck Vincent manages to recruit some porn help, like Veronica Hart and Rick Savage, but also has his eye on 'non-porn' but happy to strip up-all-nighters to put a smile on your face.   BA

AD620 Play Murder for Me (90) Paul (Jack Wagner) is a saxophone player that bangs his married ex-lover Tricia (Tracy Scoggins) whose husband Fred is a dangerous jazz-music loving mobster.   When Fred is shot and placed in a wheelchair he becomes abusive and Tricia convinces Paul to help her end him.   These things are never as cut and dry as in the planning.   Uncut Unrated 83 minute version of this sexploitation thriller!  BA

AD656 Raw Summer (05) aka: Nama-natsu   It's a Raw...   Raw Summer.   Leaving me here on my own.   A businessman snorts after a pretty schoolgirl which causes some complications for everybody involved.   The 'schoolgirl' of the picture is played by Japanese adult video starlet Aoi Sorya and the picture spends a good bit of time looking up her skirt (and the skirt of her equally pretty friend as well).   The man is a stalker with his POV views and there are eventual negative repercussions to his behavior.    Widescreen  Japanese with English subtitles (a bit under an hour long)  BA

AD611 Schoolgirls 7: The Calendar Girls (72) aka: Blutjunge Verführerinnen 3.  Teil  Ingrid Steeger is Babsi, a young beautiful blonde girl who escapes from a strict all-girls boarding school and has sexual adventures across the countryside with various characters.   Babsi also tells tales of her sexy friends and their sexual encounters (which we see).   In the tradition of the Schoolgirls series of films, each segment featuring soft-core sex with the most beautiful Eurobabes available at the time.   You will see the sexcapades of Linda, the lovely vineyard worker and Violet with an eager lumberjack.   Wonderful colorful and sharp this print and also dubbed into English language!  BA

AD643 Seductress, The (85) aka: Wife Exchange for the Weekend  aka: Hot Desire   Another picture that was originally rated XXX released in a cut version in Australia since most territories did not allow explicit sex in films to be distributed just yet.   Gets close though, very close.   Michel and his wife decide to spice up their sex life while on holiday with another couple.   This is dubbed into a 'funny' English and is transferred from a scratchy old PAL tape so the quality is lacking overall.   86 minutes

AD642 Self-Service Schoolgirls (76) aka: Girls on the Make   Not to be confused with 'The Student Teachers' this is a German made sex comedy dubbed into English presenting several scenarios which involve women getting naked and having sex with random men.   Self -Service Schoolgirls boasts this exact title and looks to be from a scratchy old film print and features only the sexiest of women in the vignettes displayed.   If there's one thing they have learned, it's how to have a good time!  Sleazy and improper with a dose of humor.   Widescreen  BA

AD649 Seniors, The  (78) What good is a film called 'Seniors' without an abundance of delicious nudity?  Four seniors open a sex shop clinic.   A great idea!  One of these young men is played by Dennis Quaid.   Sylvia (Priscilla Barnes) lives with these guys and beds them all.   The idea is to cheat their way into a grant that funds this madness.   They bribe a nerd with sex from Priscilla.   Sure, some good stuff here with beautiful naked girls (mostly topless, but there could have been more) and mostly sleazy main characters but let's face it, boys just want to have fun (and get some!).   BA

AD647 Sex Machine, The (75) In the future, sex is the answer to solving the energy crisis!  Agostina Belli at her most delicious.  Known in the Italian language version with English subtitles as #0582 'It Pays to Make Love Well', this is the English dubbed version, trimmed down of dialogue and mainly focusing on the important story at hand.   + bonus feature, the English dubbed version of 'I'm Not Feeling Myself Tonight' (75) #Z724 retitled 'Sex Ray' and shorter than 'I'm Not Feeling Myself Tonight' by ten minutes!  Another breakthrough in science as women toss their clothes for sex as horny men hit them with a new airborne aphrodisiac!  I'll take 100 spray bottles please.   Ebay, here I come.   Of course, the other versions are nicer, but get these strange re-tooled editions on one disc to compare!

AD648 Sex O'Clock News, The (85) Skits of a sexual nature play out in politically incorrect fashion.   This complete nonsense is primitive and at times sloppy and incompetent, with a complete disregard for taste and good will.   Count me in for a spell.   You have seen 'The Groove Tube', 'Tunnelvision' and 'Kentucky Fried Movie', now, see the satire skits and spoofs intermingled with sex jokes, the wonder that is what we all should tune into.....   The Sex O'Clock News!  BA

AD609 Sex Sells (93) aka: The World's Sexiest Adverts   Commercials from other countries that never would have aired in America (at the time) featuring sexuality in the ads that goes over the top and yet is easily acceptable for other countries.   Censorship boards debate and give their two cents.   The whole show is loaded with sexy ads that everybody can enjoy regardless of your orientation.

AD644 Sex Sleuth (85) aka: Sens Interdits   aka: Forbidden Senses    Australian PAL tape Sexploitation transfer of a 'French' (?) porn dubbed into 'funny' English.   A detective is hired by a wealthy client to investigate the nightclub singer Diana.   The picture explores themes of domination and complex sexual relationships intertwined with suspense and even some drama.   Features a lesbian romp in the outdoors mud with both women covered in slime from head to toe.   Somebody get a hose, geez.   Oh, there you go!  There is a nasty glitch around the 10 minute mark.   Good quality otherwise.

AD610 Shock Video: Turn On TV (98) Sexual shenanigans include a French Canadian golf outing in Spain with all the participants nude.   It always helps to put a little butt into your putt.   Par for the course.   Next, a Russian television show where a woman places her girlie parts at the pockets of a pool table.   That's a crack shot!  She scores a perfect 10 as he breaks his balls.   Next a naked sky-dive with a butt-scrape landing.   Next in Australia, nude surfing.   One man runs with a torch protruding from his arse.   Fire in the hole!  Thankfully the barbies get involved.   Next, nude olympics which includes potato sack races, a tug-of-war and a cheeky ass contest with scoring.   Next!  Nipple Darts!  Where players pay to hit the tit!  Get it in the ring it's 20, hit the pink and there is a bonus!  More and more madness like this follows with full male and female nudity throughout.   This show needs a revival!   Wait until you see the guy have sex with the television!

AD646 Sin Syndicate, The (65) Strip tease scenes intermingle with stock footage of the Cuban Communist Revolution and WWII.   Now a senate hearing reveals the lives of four 'party' girls (known as 'Zero Girls', indicating their overall expendability and worthlessness).   We learn (in sloppy flashback scenes).   A rape scene, a raid, a shower scene with two lesbians....   All just a day in the life of those involved in 'The Sin Syndicate'.

AD650 Six Swedish Girls in a Boarding School (79) aka: Sechs Schwedinnen im Pensionat   aka: Superporno girls in un college svedese   Released sometime in the mid-80's as 'Six Swedes on Campus' here comes a remastered version of the same film.   Six rebellious (and very horny) boarding school girls get into all kinds of sexual mischief.   This is a follow-up to the great 'Swedish Gas Pump Girls' with some of the same pretty girls including Brigitte Lahaie.   You simply will not see girls of this quality in the schools of America in the 2020's.   Dubbed into English.   BA

AD806 Blood Legacy (71) aka: Legacy of Blood  Has nothing to do with the Andy Milligan film with the same title from 1978.   This is the familiar family inheritance old dark house horror where the participants get picked off one by one while being forced to stay the night at the estate of the deceased in order to qualify for a slice of the substantial pie.   Decapitated heads start turning up in the fridge.   The servants Elga and Igor (who needs to be whipped by a cane every so often as is his need) inherit it all if no one survives.   Messy sloppy drive-in fun.   John Carradine, Faith Domergue, Jeff Morrow and more star.   The house for the exterior shots were also used for the 'Batman' television series as the stately Wayne Manor.    BA

AD819 Blood Thirst (65) aka: Blood Seekers  Released in 1971.    A Manila homicide detective (Vic Diaz) calls upon a New York sex-crimes expert (Robert Winston) to come to the Philippines to assist him in solving  a series of mysterious murders.   Serena is making sacrifices to the Sun God in order to stay young, and using a monster man with a bulbous face (that looks like multiple huge non-popped zits) to help her.   Some parts are intentionally funny for a change, but make no mistake, the main aim is that of horror, with an almost Jess Franco looking spider set design and a dungeon equipped with a primitive but effective blood draining device.   A cripple beats the hell out of pus-head throwing off the 'ritual in progress' and guess what happens to the blonde (immortal no more) beauty?  BA

AD811 Bloodbath (75) aka: The Flowers of Vice  aka: Las flores del vicio   After the critical failure of 'The Last Movie', Dennis Hopper starred a few years later as 'Chicken', a man (along with other burnouts) who have expatriated and dwell in Spain in a small town by the ocean where the inhabitants practice strange rituals and bizarre rites.   Along with the other drug-addled hippie dreamers of various backgrounds, they seem to unsettle the routines of this region, and a series of killings is the result.   Carroll Baker plays a Hollywood actress waiting for the call to return, which will probably never come.   Her performance here is certainly animated, while Dennis Hopper's manic drug addict character is quite familiar, like he’s playing himself.  BA

AD824 Bloodrage: Never Pick Up a Stranger (80) aka: Psycho-Ripper   A crazed madman (who sometimes narrates his thoughts) murders a prostitute (oops) in his small town and flees to New York City where he has more choices, more chances to kill (?).    He is definitely creepy acting and disturbed, while his victims are appropriately desperate and sleazy.   A man has followed him and is waiting to make his move.   A voyeuristic Peeping-Tom-Taxi Driver clean up the streets misogynistic mentality permeates the filthy hellscape of New York City streets.   More T&A than an all-out blood bath but the gritty trash is duly taken out in spades.   Also starring Lawrence Tierney in a small role as Malone and Irwin Keyes as a pimp.   BA

AD671 Defilers, The (65) The Defilers are two thugs who abduct an innocent sexy blonde from Minnesota, taking her to a warehouse area to make her their sex slave.   The behavior of these miscreants is vile and anti-social, predating the wave of 'The Last House on the Left' types.   This is an exercise in depravity for 1965.   After rape and abuse, blondie begs to be released and the two men brawl over the decision.   There are also more victims, violent bare-assed spankings and plenty of female nudity.   The 'actual' rapes take place off camera.   BA

HAMMER AND BRITISH FILMS

AD693 7 Brothers Meet Dracula, The (74) This is the edited down to 75 minutes version of the 89 minute film 'The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires'.   The idea was to make the picture more exploitative and trim out dialogue and context instead focusing on horror, action, nudity and violence by rearranging various sequences and tampering with continuity and logic.   Sloppy, but still a lot of fun!  Godfrey Ho comes to mind as far as the choppy editing and messy assembly goes.   Peter Cushing and Julie Ege star.    Widescreen

AD635 Django, Prepare a Coffin (68) aka: Preparati la bara!   Terence Hill is Franco Nero, or rather, Django!  Here, Hill actually looks like Nero.   Django is ambushed while transporting gold, his wife is killed and he gets so angry he becomes a vigilante killer.   He becomes a hangman with a motive.   The men he executes he secretly saves at the last minute, building his own gang of not-dead guys to help him get his revenge against the villains (one of them played by George Eastman).   Another spaghetti that has about fifty alternate titles.   Noisy and violent action!   English Dubbed  BA

AD623 Grand Duel, The (72) aka: Il grande duello   A young man is accused of killing a patriarch, a crime for which he is framed by the same men (brothers three) who murdered his father.   Hunted by bounty hunters, and a grizzled has been sheriff (Lee Van Cleef), who ends up helping him.   An alliance is formed to vanquish the brothers, and there are twists coming, including the revelation of who really killed the patriarch.    Not to be confused with 'The Big Gundown' also starring Lee Van Cleef.   Special mention to Klaus Grunberg who plays a cruel pox-ridden gay killer.   The saloon barkeeper is played by the 'Beast in Heat' himself Salvatore Baccaro.   BA

AD637 He Was Called the Holy Ghost (71) aka: ...   E Lo Chiamarono Spirito Santo  Holy Ghost (Vassili Karis) gets in trouble as he works in the hot heat of the bright sun in a prison camp.   A sweaty bearded man and his officers tie Holy Ghost to a wagon wheel and leave him to roast in the deadly rays, at least for a while.   Men on horseback, a pardon!  Holy Ghost is back in the saddle.   Indians attack!  Valley ambush treachery!  A dead squaw and a vengeful Indian brave!  In the mine the old prospector passes, leaving Holy Ghost to...   (the gold?).   Now, he needs a man with a machine gun.   Why? You'll see.   Time for the killing.   Spirito Santo is Holy Ghost, a name interchangeable.   Italian with English subtitles  BA

AD636 Holy Ghost and the Five Magnificent Scoundrels (72) aka: Spirito Santo e le 5 magnifiche canaglie  A masked bandit name Solotario (call him 'The Lonely) has been stealing weapons by assassinating men in the military and then selling them to a Mexican Revolutionary General.   Spirito Santo (Vassili Karis) is hired by a real estate agency (and other authorities) to capture an outlaw and gets help from five others.   Meanwhile others arrive with a motive of revenge, their mission intertwining with Spirito's.   Beware of Elizabeth (Maria Francesca billed here as Daria Norman), plotter of misdeeds, the death she will bring includes her own.   This is not an 'el Santo' film, but a western, loaded with wild characters, action, treachery (and gold), including double crosses.   Francesca would go on to marry Richard Harrison and her last three films on record were with Harrison in Godfrey Ho films.   Widescreen with English subtitles  BA

AD679 Last Gun, The (64) aka: Jim il primo   Gunfighter Jim (Cameron Mitchell) settles down in a quite little town to forget about everything.   Namely, the days when he roamed the wild west clad in leather as an outlaw.   But now a vile gang of miscreants are terrorizing the town.   The cautious Jim will turn back to his ways of violence to get things back to normal.   A laughing villain is always entertaining and the usual hot cupcake he molests struggles, but only modestly due to the awkward dubbing.   This early spaghetti still delivers the goods, just not as forcefully as what was coming next.   Also starring Mariangela (what a career!) Giordano, Carl Mohner and more.   Full frame very nice picture or lesser quality Widescreen both 97 minutes  SPECIFY  BA

AD607 Mr.  Horn (79) A made for television western variation of a real character.   David Carradine is excellent in the title role.   When Richard Widmark's character rides up and we see Carradine for the first time I thought I was watching an episode of 'Kung Fu' for a moment.   We follow the adventure-filled life of Tom Horn as a Cavalry officer, a Range Detective, and finally, as an innocent man resigned to his fate, his final fatal trip to the gallows.   Steve McQueen would be 'Tom Horn' the following year, also a good film.   Also starring Karen Black, Richard Masur, Jack Starrett (who also directed) and many more, including Dan Vadis and John Alderman in bit parts.   Around three hours!  BA

AD769 Trail of the Falcon (68) aka: Spur des Falken   Land allocated to the Dakota Indians in the Black Hills in the late 1800's is sent into chaos when gold is discovered.   Now, the deals once made are betrayed as interlopers and profiteers invade the land and make trouble for the Indians.   The slaughter of the buffalo for no apparent reason other than to ruin the food supply is atrocious, while another gang massacres an entire Dakota village.   The Dakotas stage the largest battle in retaliation...   Widescreen  German with English subtitles  BA

AD619 White Apache (87) aka: Bianco Apache  aka: Apache Kid   Sharp Colorful Full Frame English language dubbed version of this late in the game very violent western.   About 3 or 4 minutes longer than the Widescreen version that is listed as #B661  BA
