
Return / Refund / Exchange Policies
TIMELINE FOR RETURNS:
Please review your order upon receiving it– if you
should find a defect or mistake with order let us know as soon as
possible. We will send a replacement or if defect cannot be fixed (
is a problem with master print ), we will issue a credit or refund.
Pre-record VHS tapes, DVD’s or Laserdiscs listed in our Collector’s
clearance are guaranteed for a period of 30 days ( after you receive
it ).
REFUND / CREDIT POLICY:
If a refund is necessary, we will issue a credit if possible, if not
we will issue a moneyorder in the amount of refund to you. If your
purchase was made by credit card– a credit will be issued to your
credit card, it your purchase was made by PayStone or Paypal, we will issue a
credit thru PayStone or Paypal. For cash payments, a refund check (moneyorder)
will be mailed within 2-3 weeks.
Note: We can’t offer sale price adjustments on items previously
purchased.
RETURN / EXCHANGE ONLINE OR CATALOGUE PURCHASES:
Complete the Return/Exchange Form ( located at back of catalogue or
online ).
Send your package back using the shipper of your choice to the
appropriate address below. Keep your shipping receipt until the
credit for your return has been processed.

Enclose a note or letter in your package containing the following
information:
· Name,
address, and daytime phone number or e-mail address.
· List
of items you are returning.
· Let
us know what defect or mistake you encountered.
