AUDIO CASSETTE / VINYL LP ARCHIVAL SERVICES

We can now convert/transfer your old albums or audio cassettes to CD-R! 

Do you have old records or cassette tapes that you enjoyed years ago? Bring them back to life by transferring them onto CDs for easier listening.

 

Do you have speeches, lectures or recorded meetings on cassette tape that you would like to transfer onto CD?   Imagine the convenience of listening to these CDs in your car or on your computer at work.

 

Do you have old cassette tape recordings of the voices of family or friends that you haven't heard in years? Are these tapes collecting dust in your attic because of the evolution of Compact Discs? Why not preserve these recordings onto CD to save for the future?

 

COST FOR CONVERSION OF LPS:
$12 per vinyl LP transfer (plus return packing and shipping via USPS Priority Mail $7.50 For 1 to 3 LPs /  $10 for 4 to 9 LPs   (FREE RETURN SHIPPING if you send us 10 or more LPs!)  

 

Each LP is thoroughly cleaned before being played.   We of course transfer both sides of the LP.   We use high quality CDs to transfer/convert your LP.  The album and the tested CD are then returned to you via USPS Priority Mail.  Be sure to pack your LP’s carefully and if possible insure.  

 

COST FOR CONVERSION OF CASSETTES:
$10 per Audio Cassette transfer (plus return packing and shipping via USPS Priority Mail $6.00 For 1 to 6 cassettes /  $10 for 7 to 15 cassettes (FREE RETURN SHIPPING if you send us 16 or more cassettes!)  

 

We of course transfer both sides of the cassette.   We use high quality CDs to transfer/convert your cassette.  The cassette and the tested CD are then returned to you via USPS Priority Mail.  Be sure to pack your cassettes carefully and if possible insure.  

 

 

EXTRAS:  If you wish to have album/cassette cover converted to CD cover and include jewel case include an additional $4.00 per cover .  Otherwise your conversion includes a white paper sleeve.

While there are many imperfections that can be overcome any recordings which are received that are warped, scratched or otherwise defective may result in undesired noises, part or all of a track being skipped and in rare cases will be deemed un-recordable (returned without making a CD)
 

For most orders, we usually ship the LPs, cassette tapes and CDs back to you in 5 to 7 business days.

 

Please note that while making a backup/archival copy or conversion for your own personal use is perfectly legal– obviously we cannot make multiple copies of commercially released LPS or Cassettes for you to  sell or trade.   We can of course make as many copies as you’d like of any cassette (or LP) that is public domain or that you personally own copyright to (or family, personal items).  We cannot be held responsible damage/loss incurred during shipping.  We will however use the utmost care while in our possession and will pack carefully for return shipment.  Please do not send broken or warped cassettes/ LPs.

No rights are intended, expressed or implied.  We provide a service from one collector to another. The services rendered include cost of transfer, archival, and transporting said goods. Any claims to and for the rights of said materials can be forwarded, requested and considered for removal from the list.  We have the right to add to this disclaimer without previous notice, to our visitors, you should read this policy before you purchase any title.  When ordering buyer agrees on this membership policy.

 1.) I, the undersigned purchaser agree that I in no way shall use this purchase of video cassette(s) or DVD-R as to bring claim, prosecution or suit of any kind, at any time, for any reason against the seller, supplier, shipper and or carrier, creator, manufacturer, advertiser and distributor.
2.) I, the undersigned certify that I am in no way associated with, employed by, volunteer services for or act in conjunction with or on behalf of any of the following agencies and or organizations: Local, State or Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. Local, State or Federal Government agencies and organizations, including non-law enforcement agencies and organizations, Motion Picture Association of America, NAACP or any activist organization, Union or movement.
3.) I, the undersigned purchaser do fully admit that by the signing of this agreement I am of my own free will entering into a legally binding contract of agreement not to use this purchase in any way to adversely affect the sellers, suppliers, shippers and or carriers, creators, manufacturers, advertisers and distributors business or person.
4.) I, the undersigned purchaser certify that I am over the age of eighteen (18) years and wish to enter into a legally binding contract.
5.) I, the undersigned purchaser agree that this VHS or DVD-R Purchase Agreement / Waiver shall become effective upon delivery and receipt of video cassette(s) or DVD-R (s) ordered and remain effective regardless of the identity of recipient of the videocassette (s) or DVD-R (s).
6.) I, the undersigned agree that I am paying monies for labor (transfer and/or archival) done ) & materials (video cassette(s) & DVD-R(s) ). I further agree that I am not paying monies for any intellectual matter contained upon the videotape within the video cassettes(s) or DVD-R(s) . I also agree that I in no way shall hold
the seller and or supplier liable for the release of any intellectual matter which may be contained upon the actual video cassette(s) or DVD-R(s).
